• Expression of interest deadline - January 27, 2012
• Enquiries & clarifiying questions deadline - February 17, 2012
• Addendum & clarifying responses posted here - February 24, 2012
• RFP submission deadline - March 2, 2012
• Notification of RFP award to successful bidder - early April, 2012
